Our bounce classes are low impact and perfect for those looking to have fun while exercising. In addition to trampoline classes, we also have aerobic classes and belly dancing.
BOUNCE INTRO is a 30 minute introduction to bouncing.
BOUNCE CARDIO is a 50 minute all out cardio session.
BOUNCE STRENGTH is a 25 minutes of cardio followed by 25 minutes of strength.
BOUNCE INTERVAL is a 50 minute class with alternating one cardio song with a strength song.
BOUNCE CIRCUIT is a 55 minute class with about 10 stations and we go through each station for one minute with 10 seconds to get to the next station and you repeat that three times.
