Bouncing Fitness is the BEST! Cheryl has helped me to gain strength, endurance and muscle definition. The workouts are both challenging and fun. I love the friendly environment and the variety of classes. Give it a try!
Everyone should try it once. Because my guess is you'll be back. Nothing makes for a better day then laughing with good people while working all my muscles that I haven't used in years. If I could, I'd give Cheryl (and her daughter) 10 stars.

I was looking for an work out option that incorporated cardio, resistance, and core training. So glad I found Bouncing Fitness - I get it all with the great workouts. Never would have imagined bouncing on a trampoline in my 50s - but loving the work outs and feeling more fit! Cheryl is a great instructor and the entire team is super. You should check it out!
I recently purchased a Bellicon rebounder. I'm using it to increase my endurance before undergoing a hip revision. Cheri Jakubowski has been instrumental in helping me with this. She can relate having undergone hip replacement as well. I wish I lived close to her business but since I don't her encouragement and videos are a great help!
The classes are fun and different from anything you've ever done! Love it!

I have been coming to Bouncing Fitness for almost a month now. Cheryl is very encouraging and motivating. She works with you at your level, while encouraging you to keep progressing and challenging yourself. I started with Bounce Intro and am working on moving up. Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned pro, Bouncing Fitness has a class for you! I always leave class feeling accomplished.
I love Bouncing Fitness! Every class is different, but challenging. It's fun, and I have lost a lot of weight, improved my flexibility, and have more energy. The rebounder stretch and exercise lots of muscle groups without stressing your joints. I love it, and highly recommend Bouncing Fitness!!!
This is a fun way to workout. I always leave with a smile on my face and am challenged by every class. I am able to modify moves to my fitness level and my endurance and skill have increased in the few weeks I have been taking classes.
Great place to get not only cardio in but also strength training. The fitness center looks fresh and calming. They also offer TRX classes that will strengthen all your muscles.
This is a fun and energetic way to exercise. Cheri is very enthusiastic and encouraging. She caters to all fitness levels from the beginner to the most advanced and gives them a great workout. My husband and I love it. She made a couple of couch potatos into bouncing fitness fanatics!!!!! Everyone needs to try it.
Bouncing fitness is a fun place to exercise. Cheryl is an energetic instructor with a passion for health and wellness. The trampoline workouts are very versatile. My favorite bouncing class is the intervals. It's high-energy balanced with strengh and stretching.
Bouncing Fitness is the place to be to get in some high impact workouts that do not jar your joints at all. I have had a total hip replacement and I can bounce high and do all the things on the rebounder since the mat is designed to absorb all the shock and not my joints. you won't be disappointed.
I love bouncing fitness! They have a variety of classes so you never get bored. Bouncing on the rebounders has helped with my cardio and strength goals.
Bouncing Fitness is a wonderful addition to the Rockford area and Cheryl is a top notch instructor fueled by her passion for fitness and rebounding. I recommend everyone try rebounding at least once... it's so fun you don't realize you are exercising. The first class is free so there is no reason to not give it a try. You won't regret it!
