Belly Dancing

During the class you will learn

  • Percussive moves: movements include hip drops, outwards hip hits and hip twists.
  • Fluid moves: During the dance class your body will be in a continuous motion. These moves will help you obtain abdominal muscle control.
  • Shimmies and vibration moves: You will learn to make small but fast movements of the hips and ribcage.
